Love your TheraSoothe Migraine Cap or return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked!

• Refunds requested after 60 days are not eligible.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before fulfillment (before we process and ship your item).
• Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Lost or Missing Orders

• Allow 24-48 hours after expected delivery for postal service tracking updates.
• If your order is confirmed lost:
  • 1 free replacement is provided for orders valued at $60 or less.
  • Orders over $60 are not eligible for free replacements.
  • Replacement eligibility is limited to one request per order.
